More meaningful momentum typically builds over the first 30 days as post-appointment behavior compounds. Results scale directly with patient volume and consistency of traffic.
• 4. What happens if I don’t use it much?
  Then costs stay low—because usage stays low.
• 5. Will I be forced into upgrades?

• 6. What if my practice has lower patient volume?
  CloutBurst performs best for practices seeing 500 or more patients per month, where post-appointment activity compounds quickly. Lower-volume practices can still benefit, but results scale proportionally with traffic, which is why pricing structure and expectations differ by tier.
• 7. Can I stop using CloutBurst if it’s not the right fit?
  Yes. CloutBurst does not rely on long-term lockups to retain customers. You can discontinue use according to your plan terms, and most practices continue because the system is aligned with outcomes rather than obligation.
• 8. What does “fair use” mean?
  Unlimited plans are intended for normal, reasonable business use. Activity that involves excessive automation, non-standard workflows, or usage patterns that degrade system performance may be subject to limits in order to maintain reliability for all operators.
• 9. How does revenue sharing work?
  Revenue sharing applies only to partner-offer revenue and monetized actions generated directly through CloutBurst. It does not apply to clinical revenue, insurance reimbursements, patient payments, or production and collections unrelated to the platform.
• 10. Do I need to speak with someone before getting started?
  Not necessarily. Many practices can activate immediately. Practices with multiple locations or higher volume may choose to book a short revenue fit walkthrough to confirm the best structure, but there are no demos and no pressure to proceed.
